FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Cheikh Benhmeida is the Founder and CEO of SEPCO Industries, which he started after 20 years' experience in the oil and gas industry, to contribute in improving the local impact of the industry for the benefit of the local population in Mauritania and Senegal. Cheikh holds a Master of Science in Fluids Mechanics from Ecole central de Nantes in France and an Engineering Degree in Drilling and Production from IFP School in Paris.
NENE KANE
SALES AND PROCESS MANAGER
With more than 10 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, Néné is the leader of SEPCO's sales division responsible for developing the sales strategies that shape the company's business but also achieving company objectives through effective planning, analyzing present data and projecting future performance. Prior to SEPCO, she worked in Schlumberger as Completions Field Engineer, Project Engineer and Engineer in Charge both in Europe (Aberdeen) and Africa, focusing on Operations, Quality and HSE. Néné holds an Engineering Degree in Process Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure en Génie des Technologies Industrielles in Pau, France.
JEAN-PIERRE LHOTE
BUSINESS ADVISOR
Jean-Pierre Lhote brings to SEPCO 20 years of Oil and Gas experience on four continents with expertise in Operations, Business Intelligence, P&L, Sales & Marketing, Digital Transformation, IT and Asset Evaluation. As SEPCO's Business Advisor, Jean-Pierre is responsible for recommending strategies, assessing and advising on the best options, developing the new business procedures/policies, implement IT solutions that pave the digital transformation of SEPCO and shape the company's future. Prior to SEPCO, Jean-Pierre worked in Schlumberger, different positions: Project management, Marketing and Sales, Line management, in Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America where his last position was Vice President Operations - Mexico and Central America Area.
MOHAMED BEKAR
MARINE SERVICES MANAGER
Mohamed Bakar previously worked for 10 years in various logistics positions in different companies working in the Oil and Gas industry. As Logistics & Marine Services Manager at SEPCO since 2016, he deals with all marine related services including Consignment, Handling and husbanding and other services around Crew change, transportation of crews and accommodations.
SAFIA CHEIBANI
HR MANAGER
Safia Cheibani is one of the female managerial team of SEPCO with more than 7 years of experience in human resources. As the HR manager of the company, Safia is responsible for personnel management and developing a recruitment strategy that attracts and retains candidates with best skills and qualifications. Prior to joining SEPCO, Safia worked in diverse domains: from mining companies like Deep Drilling Company, Kinross Tasiast to banks like Qatar National Bank, as HR Quality coordinator, Recruitment Assistant and HR Business Partner.

WASTE MANAGMENT ADVISOR
Jonathan Counce is Petroleum Engineer with extensive experience involving international offshore upstream oil and gas operations focusing on Well Operations, major Engineering Procurement Construction and Installations (EPCI) projects, operational efficiencies, QHSE and operational/governmental interface issues in both remote and greenfield locations.

BUSINESS PROCESS & QUALITY MANAGER
Birane Sakho is a logistics project management and process excellence specialist for the oil and gas industry. He is passionate about helping develop local content through innovative and credible alternative solutions. A highly dedicated, and result oriented leader with 12 years of experience in Mob/Demob, Port/Marine operations, Aviation support, Supply Base conception and Management, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Freight Forwarding & Custom Clearance, Stakeholder's compliance, Mud & Bulk Plants operations and Industrial waste management.
Previously, Birane worked as Operations Coordinator for Tullow oil plc and Kosmos energy.
